I’ve been tattooing since the age of 17. On Valentines Day 2003 I started my apprenticeship and my entire life changed. I was young and had a lot to learn about tattooing and life, which soon became one in the same.
The deep dark piney woods of Longview, Texas is where the journey began. I worked for my first shop for 3 years, but Rikki Bailey’s Garage Art Studio is where I learned about the world, history, politics, and finesse of tattooing. After 4 years, I decided I needed a change and 2010 made the move to Austin TX. I worked on 6th st for a while before making my way to Gully Cat Tattoo, where I plan to stay for a while. Though I still enjoy doing frequent guest spots at Garage Art Studio.
I enjoy doing large color pieces, somewhat traditional or neo-traditional. Although I do a lot of color I do enjoy doing black and grey as well . I don’t do realism portraits of people, but I love doing pet/animal portraits. I also do cover-ups.
